What a day with us looks like
We work in small teams where you are involved the whole way — from the first sketch to launch and ongoing maintenance. That means you rarely get a finished specification handed to you. Instead you help shape what gets built, together with clients, designers and developers.
Days mix focused work with short check-ins. We are distributed between Stockholm, Marbella and Riga, so we work in writing and asynchronously where possible, with meetings when they are genuinely needed. You choose where you work best, as long as the team can rely on you.
How our hiring works
First we read your application. We care more about what you have built and how you think than about formalities — feel free to link to code, cases or projects you are proud of, even side projects.
Then we meet for a conversation, usually online. We go through your background, where you want to grow and how we work. You get to ask us as many questions as we ask you.
Finally we do a practical session tied to your role — a code review, a design exercise or a case depending on what you are applying for. We keep it time-boxed and pay for larger work samples.
